This Privacy Policy explains how HGEAR BV (“HGEAR”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the BinoView mobile application (“BinoView”, the “App”). HGEAR BV is the data controller.
BinoView is designed to work without collecting your personal data. There is no account and no login. We do not operate any server that receives your photos, videos, or personal information. Everything you capture stays on your device unless you choose to save or share it.

To function, BinoView asks permission to use certain device features. This access is used only on your device to provide the App’s features; the data is not sent to HGEAR.
We do not collect, store, or transmit this content to our servers. We have no servers that receive it.
BinoView offers an optional paid subscription (“BinoView Premium”). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your name, email address, or payment card details.
To manage subscription entitlements — for example, to confirm whether Premium is active and to enable “Restore Purchases” — we use RevenueCat, Inc. as a service provider. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated, anonymous app-user identifier and the purchase/receipt information provided by Apple. This does not identify you personally.
BinoView contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking technologies. We do not build user profiles and we do not track you across apps or websites.
RevenueCat is based in the United States. Where purchase-related data is processed outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Because HGEAR does not collect personal data through the App, we have nothing to retain about you. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under their own policies.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. As we hold no personal data that identifies you, most requests should be directed to Apple or RevenueCat. You may nonetheless contact us at info@hgear.be with any question, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
BinoView is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly process any data relating to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Om te functioneren vraagt BinoView toestemming om bepaalde functies van uw toestel te gebruiken. Deze toegang wordt uitsluitend op uw toestel gebruikt om de functies van de App te leveren; de gegevens worden niet naar HGEAR verzonden.
Wij verzamelen, bewaren of verzenden deze inhoud niet naar onze servers. Wij hebben geen servers die deze ontvangen.
BinoView biedt een optioneel betaald abonnement (“BinoView Premium”). Aankopen worden door Apple verwerkt via de App Store. Wij zien of ontvangen nooit uw naam, e-mailadres of betaalkaartgegevens.
Om abonnementsrechten te beheren — bijvoorbeeld om te bevestigen of Premium actief is en om “Aankopen herstellen” mogelijk te maken — gebruiken wij RevenueCat, Inc. als dienstverlener. RevenueCat verwerkt een willekeurig gegenereerde, anonieme app-gebruikersidentificatie en de aankoop-/bewijsinformatie die door Apple wordt verstrekt. Dit identificeert u niet persoonlijk.
BinoView bevat geen advertenties van derden, geen analyse-SDK’s en geen trackingtechnologieën. Wij stellen geen gebruikersprofielen samen en volgen u niet over apps of websites heen.
RevenueCat is gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten. Wanneer aankoopgerelateerde gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte worden verwerkt, worden deze beschermd door passende waarborgen zoals de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
Aangezien HGEAR via de App geen persoonsgegevens verzamelt, hebben wij niets over u te bewaren. Aankoopgegevens die door Apple en RevenueCat worden bewaard, vallen onder hun eigen beleid.
Onder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) hebt u het recht op inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking van of bezwaar tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, en op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Aangezien wij geen persoonsgegevens bewaren die u identificeren, dienen de meeste verzoeken aan Apple of RevenueCat te worden gericht. U kunt niettemin contact met ons opnemen via info@hgear.be met elke vraag, en u hebt het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
BinoView is niet gericht op kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar en wij verwerken niet bewust gegevens over hen.
Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De “Ingangsdatum” hierboven geeft aan wanneer het laatst is herzien. Wezenlijke wijzigingen worden op deze pagina weergegeven.
